The Montana West Fork Lodge is situated in the Bitterroot Mountains right along the border of Southwest Montana and the Idaho back-country. 90% of our guests fly in to enjoy the beautiful natural setting and the exceptional hospitality.

We offer comfortable motel-style rooms, cabins, tent camping area, full bar and restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also provide accommodations to private parties of 8 or more.
Welcome Backcountry Fliers and Bush Pilots
Backcountry and bush pilots come from all over. We even have several European clients that arrive by rental aircraft. Many of our clients fly in as stopover before entering the Idaho backcountry.

Many of our guests come to enjoy the hiking and biking in Southwest Montana. Just a short distance from the lodge you will find Trapper Peak Mountain trail head with miles of beautiful mountain trails.
