Gateway Community Services is the oversight organization of Gateway Recovery Center, Grace Home and Prevention Services. We are a community-based organization in Great Falls, Montana, serving the residents of Cascade County since 1968.
Our Mission is to provide quality, comprehensive community based services addressing the prevention and treatment of alcohol and drug related problems, for all who seek services, regardless of their ability to pay.
Gateway's staff recognizes that alcohol and drug addiction is a physical, emotional, behavioral and spiritual illness that if left untreated will progress to life threatening stages.
Our Vision is to strive to develop healthy and productive members of our community by improving the quality of life and maximizing the potential of individuals.
Gateway's commitment to successful treatment and on-going recovery is to interrupt destructive behavior patterns. Our goal is to help people achieve a better understanding of the problem and find solutions. With treatment programs, such as Intensive Outpatient, Relapse Prevention and Continuing Care recovery programs, we give progressive care that specifically meets individual needs. Gateway offers time, support and direction that assists a person to take control and face the wonderful challenges life has to offer.
Because addiction is proven to be progressive, recovery is less difficult when treatment begins early. If someone you know shows signs of cancer or heart disease, you seek help immediately. Alcoholism and other drug dependencies are equally deadly diseases. Just as with cancer or heart disease, early treatment for alcoholism and/ or other chemical dependencies is often the pivotal key to recovery.
We are a Montana State licensed provider and offer quality, comprehensive services across a wide continuum in order to meet the individualized needs of persons who seek services at our agency.
