Welcome to Harvest Kennels, Where We Strive For Quality
Located in central Montana, we strive to produce fine hunting dogs who not only hold their own in the field, they can hold down their end of the couch as well. We are committed to excellence with every litter, whether you want a field trial prospect, a fine hunting dog, a companion, or all of the above.
Every dog we breed has been proven in the field over pheasants, grouse and partridge. We carefully select field bred dogs with impeccable pedigrees and proven backgrounds to breed to our girls. All of our dogs will have OFA and CERF clearances and are negative for PFK.
Our pups are always well socialized with children, cats, other dogs. They have wonderful temperaments and demonstrate a keen nose and desire to hunt at an early age. We have three generations on the premises and we welcome visitors at any time.

On May 4th, 2009, Tae died suddenly of as yet undetermined causes. Tae was our "brush dog" who loved nothing better than to dive into the willow thickets looking for grouse or running pheasants. He spurned stubble fields in favor of the thick stuff, preferring to bull his way through the rough than finesse open land. He had a keen nose, a soft mouth and an honest retrieve. His sister was appropriately named Beau Tae's Little Sister, as she was the only female in their litter. Little Sis and Tae were inseperable and we joked that they shared a brain cell. We always said that whenever they were seperated, she got the brain cell. As much as we loved Tae, he was not the brightest crayon in the box, but he was devoted, loving and entertaining. Tae was also known as "Surfer Dude" because the hair on top of his head would stick straight up and bleach out in the sun. He was buried in our pasture, above the creek he loved to swim in. He'll be with us forever in our hearts.
