Patty Nichols of Positive Solutions uses a unique combination of hypnosis and counseling to overcome many problems.

My mission is to assist people in reaching their highest potential using hypnosis as a tool. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis and can be used for any area of self-improvement including habit patterns and even mental health issues.

Hypnosis is a respected therapeutic technique and also a pleasant calming experience with no side effects. Hypnosis is simply a heightened state of awareness that we experience every day. It is a state of being fully absorbed, attentive to the degree that outside occurrences become less important. Hypnosis is safe and effective for overcoming undesirable habits and pursuing self-set goals. Studies are finally being done through Stanford University and the National Institute of Health showing the safety and benefits of hypnosis.
