Bozeman OB/GYN is devoted solely to the comprehensive health care of women. We specialize in obstetrics, gynecology, infertility, and female incontinence. Obstetrics is the total management of pregnancy, including routine prenatal care and delivery, plus medical and other problems associated with pregnancy. Gynecology is the diagnosis and treatment of problems involving the female reproductive system. This includes cancer detection, female endocrinology, family planning, sexuality, and other issues.

Pelvic surgeries involving ovaries, tubes and uterus
Colposcopy/LEEP/cryotherapy/laser ablation of the cervix for assessment & treatment of cervical pre-cancer & cancer

Specialized Women's Services

Obstetrics-including low risk & high risk pregnancies; Cesarean birth; vaginal birth after previous C-section; twins
External Cephalic Version (repositioning baby for vaginal delivery)
Maternal-fetal medicine referral for high risk pregnancy available through Billings Clinic in Billings.
Infertility care (satellite clinic for Seattle Reproductive Medicine as well as the Univ. Of Utah), Dr. Christopher Montville - Reproductive Endocrinology follow-up
Hysteroscopy & sonohysterography for assessment of uterine disease
Assessment & treatment of abnormal Pap smear

Evaluation & treatment of vaginal/vulvar infection and disease
Genetic screening (Chorionic Villus Sampling, Amniocentesis, Maternal Serum through Shodair Hospital's Dept. of Medical Genetics - Helena)
Medical management of pelvic relaxation
