The Colstrip Medical Center is managed by and affiliated with Billings Clinic. Our health care team includes two full-time Family Physicians and two full-time Physician Assistants. They are highly trained and qualified to be part of your health care team. We also have a physical therapist and a fully staffed Health & Wellness department.

For routine physicals and preventive care, we recommend you schedule your appointment several days in advance.
Monday mornings and Friday afternoons are our busiest times.
To cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Office hours and Appointments

Our Normal Business Hours are:
8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

After 5:30 p.m., weekends and holidays, Urgent Care Services are available by contacting the
Colstrip Police Departments @ 748-2211 or 911.
