Founded in 1990 with a mission to "provide compassionate care and enrichment opportunities for our residents as they transition through life's journey," Discovery Care Centre proudly cares for senior citizens in a comfortable, home-like and medically competent environment.

Surrounded by the natural beauty of western Montana's Bitterroot Valley, we are a continuing care community that blends exceptional care with warm hospitality. Our Skilled Nursing Care staff and Assisted Living staff work together to offer transitional support for seniors as their needs change.

For senior residents needing a safe environment that provides support for meals, housekeeping, grooming, memory problems or physical debility look at Transitional Senior Care service on our Assisted Living wing.

For senior residents with more complex medical needs such as stroke, dementia including Alzheimer's, diabetes, post-surgery, weakness or very advanced age look at our Skilled Nursing service.

For short-term care, from a few hours to a few weeks, look at our Adult Day Care and our Respite Care services on our Assisted Living Wing.
