I used to go to Magic City Kids for all of my baby needs with my first child, I went back when I was pregnant with my second looking for a stroller and the man was very rude. I like ot keep my shopping local but when anyone I know or myself need anything specialty for our children I now look online, I can always find better prices too.

I have shoped at magic city kids since it has opened i have been pleased to the fullest extent of the satisfaction for everyone who has posted reviews you probably havent seen the real saftey and securety of the products it is better then any of the shops i have been to in a long time. The staff have always been polite espiecially the young man who works there from time to time. The man who works there may have been alittle off on ocasion but he is always ready to help when needed considering his prices are good and he has the best qualitys possible.

I really wished I read the reviews before buying from MCK. Once this guy has your check cashed, you're on your own. He doesn't return phone calls or even tell you when your furniture arrived. When we had a problem with an item, the first words out of his mouth were "What do you want me to do about it?" in a very abrupt tone. When we asked him to fix the problem, he hung up on us. It ended up taking 6 months for the problem to be corrected, while my son kept his clothes in a box and a lamp on a kitchen chair. Rude, rude, rude. Absolutely NO customer service. It looks like he's going out of business, which is no real surprise. Buyer beware.
