This beautiful, fully furnished Victorian Mansard house -- just one and a half blocks from the beach -- is available for monthly and seasonal rental.
Ocean Grove residents live on their porches -- the porch of this house is set up for hours of pleasant relaxation, chatting with friends, savoring a cocktail, or just enjoying the ocean breezes.
The house was originally a boarding house, but then was divided in the 1960's into two living areas: the main part of the house with 6 bedrooms (sleeping 10), 3 full bathrooms and two porches, and a second-floor, two-bedroom apartment sleeping 4 with a separate entrance. Both parts of the house are now leased to our guests as one unit, with the connecting door open, to comfortably house up to 14 guests in 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The apartment living room serves as a den and second gathering place in the house, while the second kitchen makes it possible to cook a feast with two ovens and two refrigerators.

Ocean Grove, N.J. is a beautiful seashore town on the list of National Historic Places for having the one of the largest concentration of Victorian and Queen Anne homes in the country. A fabulous place for a family vacation, Ocean Grove is only about an hour from New York City or 1.5 hours from Philadelphia. If you've never visited Ocean Grove, you have a treat in store!
